Royal Somerset House and Inverness Chapter No 4 met at Freemasons’ Hall on 11th May 2026 for a double Exaltation ceremony and received a visit from the Rev’d Timothy L’Estrange, Deputy Metropolitan Grand Superintendent.
The visit was particularly noteworthy, as it marked the final official visit of E Comp Timothy as Deputy Metropolitan Grand Superintendent. He has continuously served, with distinction, as a Metropolitan Ruler since 2010. Unbeknownst to E Comp Timothy, an array of Metropolitan Grand Chapter Rulers had privately arranged to attend to join the celebrations and delightfully surprised him with their presence, both at the meeting itself, and at the glorious dinner, held within the Museum and Library.
