Benevolentia Chapter No 2549 met on 15th May at Freemasons’ Hall where E Comp Gary Morley, newly appointed and invested Metropolitan Grand Inspector, together with a retinue of Grand Officers, attended to celebrate the 50th anniversary of E Comp John Smith.
E Comp John continues to be a driving force within the Chapter, currently serving as First Principal; and E Comp Gary was delighted to present him with a Long Service Certificate to mark his 50 years as a Royal Arch Mason.
Deputy Metropolitan Director of Ceremonies E Comp Mark Leung and Metropolitan Grand Stewards, E Comps Dan Sproat-Clements and Luke Dillon kindly acted as the Escorting Team for the Metropolitan Grand Inspector.
The Chapter’s Visiting Officer, E Comp Daniel Liversidge was also in attendance.
